I was away the last two weekends because we had kinda lot of concerts and stuff to do.

12.06.2009 ~ 14.06.2009 - yodel-festival
Yes, you read it right, we were at the yodel-festival!! You might ask, what do drummers at a yodel-festival? We play the drum XD
The music-band from Zweisimmen needed some drummers for the marching parade and asked us to help them out. And we surly said yes, because such festivals are always fun ^^

The festival was in Gstaad, one of the richest places in my region.. wow.. all the people there and all the huge hotels and pompous houses..
Anyway, it was fun.


20.06.2009 ~ 21.06.2009 - Music-Festival canton Bern
Then last weekend we went with the music-band from Eggiwil to "Büren an der Aare". There was the biggest "music for win instruments-festival" in our region.
I know, it sounds kinda strange "music for win instruments" but there's no other term to describe this kind of music in English.. It's kinda unique..
Anyway, it was fun too.

There we also helped with the marching parade. But this time it was not just for fun only, we also got rated! Every music was in a challenge to get the title of the best music in our canton. And I was again part of it ^^
Okay, final result was the 25th place only. But hey, it's nice that we could help =3

By the way, here again four of our drum-group. I'm the one who looks away from the camera (I saw the photographer and looked away )

So I had two nice weekends, but also a lil stressy. But such stress is just fun because you do something great which makes a lot of fun for us ans ppl around us
